Known for her precision, accountability, and hands-on leadership style, Kristin oversees all property management operations, financial reporting, and tenant relations across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.
Before stepping into her current role, Kristin held key positions in the chemical and life sciences sector—ranging from Construction Accountant to Lead Fixed Asset Analyst—where she managed capital assets across North America. Her decision to stay rooted in West Virginia reflects her deep commitment to regional growth and revitalization.
Since joining WV Commercial, Kristin has helped modernize operations, strengthen investor reporting, and expand the firm’s service offerings. In 2025, she earned her broker’s license and now plays a critical role in shaping the future of the company, guiding it through a new era of strategic growth as founding partner Brooks McCabe transitions toward retirement.
