Brooks serves as Managing Member and Broker of Record of West Virginia Commercial and General Partner of McCabe Land Company. As a broker, developer, and investor, he has guided the acquisition, leasing, redevelopment, and long-term management of office and mixed-use properties throughout West Virginia.

His work combines investment analysis with the practical demands of leasing, improving, and operating commercial buildings. Brooks holds the CCIM designation and has remained active in economic development and civic leadership across the state.
