What we do

One firm accountable for the whole picture.

A lease affects operations. Operations affect financial performance. Capital decisions affect value. We work across those lines because commercial property does not respect department boundaries.

01

Brokerage & Leasing

Landlord and tenant representation, lease strategy, property marketing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

02

Property Management

Day-to-day operating oversight with disciplined attention to tenants, budgets, maintenance, and the physical asset.

03

Asset Management

Financial review, capital planning, occupancy strategy, and clear owner reporting built around long-term performance.

04

Development & Advisory

Feasibility, repositioning, redevelopment, and practical guidance through complicated real estate decisions.

Property management

Management that reaches the financial statement.

Good property management is not a help desk. It is an operating discipline that protects income, controls expense, plans capital, and keeps owners informed.

1

Leasing and tenant relationsProtect occupancy while keeping the property functional for the people using it.

2

Budgets and financial oversightConnect operating decisions to cash flow, capital needs, and owner objectives.

3

Maintenance and capital projectsAddress the building itself—from routine service to larger improvements.

4

Owner reporting and strategyTurn operating detail into useful information and clear next decisions.

Preferred vendors

Local partners who help keep properties working.

Commercial buildings depend on responsive specialists. These service partners support the day-to-day care, safety, and performance of the properties we manage.

Leadership

The people responsible are the people involved.

WV Commercial is intentionally senior-led. Clients work directly with the professionals making the recommendations and accountable for the results.
