Brooks serves as Managing Member and Broker of Record of West Virginia Commercial and General Partner of McCabe Land Company. As a broker, developer, and investor, he has guided the acquisition, leasing, redevelopment, and long-term management of office and mixed-use properties throughout West Virginia.
His ownership perspective centers on disciplined underwriting, strategic repositioning, and durable asset performance. Brooks holds the CCIM designation and has remained active in economic development and civic leadership across the state.
Kristin serves as Associate Broker and Portfolio Manager, combining an accounting background with more than a decade of hands-on commercial real estate experience. Her work covers leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, capital planning, tenant relations, and operational execution across a multi-property portfolio.
She works directly with owners, investors, and institutional tenants to structure leases, reposition assets, and make complex real estate decisions with clear financial and operational reasoning.
