Bryan Balazs has lived in Charleston, WV his whole life. He’s a graduate of Charleston Catholic High School and went to the University of Charleston on a rowing scholarship. He’s had his own lawn care business for over 30 years. Prior to joining WV Commercial, he worked for a reputable maintenance company and a property management company in the Charleston area. He joined the team at WV Commercial in 2011 and worked under Joe Neil’s supervision in property management maintenance. In 2014, He earned the position of Maintenance Supervisor, which he still holds today. He is well-versed in all areas of maintenance and property management and is a great addition to our company.
